The appointment process is easy and straightforward and they send out reminders which are very helpful. It was a simple click on the cell phone to check in and they called us right at our appointment time. And RN is not available to access my wife’s port, but we had a fantastic phlebotomist named Cinella to draw the blood from my wife’s very small veins. Thank you Cinella!

The check in process was easy and quick. The electronic board was super helpful in seeing where you were in the queue. My son has a ton of anxiety around shots and this was his first blood draw. He was very nervous. His nurse was AMAZING in keeping him calm and swiftly moving through the blood draw. She was gentle and quick which gave my son comfort knowing it was over quickly. By far the best Quest I've ever been to in this area - not only did they take me in early, but my doctor failed to send my order in and they patiently waited while I got in contact with my doctors office (after a 10m hold) and got the order sent over.
