I went to Quest Diagnostics in Red Bluff for a blood draw. The technician was very friendly and welcoming. She worked quickly and efficiently. The blood draw was painless and completed in just a couple of minutes.
Red bluff office didn't have a container for a special piss test and wanted me to drive 30 miles out of the way to Anderson that day to get one.
The phlebotomist/Lab technician was excellent! Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He made me feel comfortable and it was quick and painless. He went out of his way to inform me one of the labs ordered by my physician might not be covered by my insurance and knowing the test wasn't necessary, I was able to decline, saving me over $200.
