Rude and unhelpful to customers
I just walked out of here after dreading the fact that I had to buck up and get blood drawn. Let me begin by saying I have anxiety when it comes to needles due to past phlebotomist in hospitals pricking me multiple times with no success, fishing for a vein, and just hurting me. I am a very senior person and so are many of the people that I see at Quest. There is a lobby with chairs and many people waiting to be called in. The lobby has maybe 4 kiosks with no one to help people sign in. No one - No one. Many senior citizens lack the skill/acuity to utilize the kiosks and there is simply no one to help. I have had several experiences where I receive a text message just before my appointment, advising me to click on a link when I arrive at the Quest testing location to sign in.
