Although I was called 20-25 minutes after my appointment schedule after arriving and checking in early, everything else was very efficient. Area to draw blood could have been cleaner as floor had some trash.
I had the test performed and received email stating results where available. When checking my account it states insufficient specimen received. No one from Quest contacted me . I even confirmed with the person taking specimen that it it was for B1 test and would take 4 to 5 days to get a result. This is very unprofessional of Quest not to contact me - it is your error and wasting me time.
In spite of the fact that I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my appointment, through no fault of staff, I was exceptionally please with courtesy and professionalism of staff. Wonderful people.
