I would like to recognize two outstanding employees, Magda and Aylen, for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care. I have very difficult veins, and Magda is one of the few phlebotomists who is consistently able to draw my blood successfully. She is patient, skilled, and always makes me feel comfortable during a stressful procedure. Aylen was also professional, courteous, and helpful throughout my visit.
