Honestly, just not worth it. I don’t recommend. Unlike LabCorp, I had to print my orders (my fault for forgetting to in advance), but what wasn’t my fault was: • The rude lab tech. • The tech gave me the wrong email to send my orders to. • And 20 minutes later, said it was my fault the email they wrote down for me and verbally confirmed twice was wrong!? • I patiently waited 40+ minutes past my appointment while they took other patients ahead of me, but they never once checked on me. Loved the location convenience and the staff were all excellent. Very attentive and informative to me and the other patients..
the scheduling process was so easy. and then walking down the hallway i checked in thru my phone, walked thru the door, and was immediately called to the back. so stinking easy. the tech who drew my blood was friendly and stuck me painlessly, which not all techs can do. all in all, it took like 5 minutes.
