My 7 year old does not take needles well. They got us in the room at exactly appointment time. The women there knew exactly how to handle the situation. They drew blood the first attempt (bad luck usually) and it took less than 2 minutes to get all the vials. The staff were so sweet and if we ever have to do it again I would go back to this location.

If you don't like needles, ask for the girl Santana, she's the best.
