I had a nice experience this morning. I scheduled online and was able to check in by text on my phone. They took me right away. I didn’t catch her name but the woman who took my blood was very kind and asked if I was ok during the draw. Well done

As always, the lady’s ar 1010 st Lucie west, are amazing. Timely and friendly service. I’ve seen the same young lady twice in a row, I plan on always asking for her, along with the manager. They are personable and always make me feel like family, like they care about me. They are always kind, patient and always have a sincere smile to great me. I’ve been coming to this location for years. Today, they royally screwed up. I came in for a life insurance pre-med exam. Signed at 10:22 for my 10:30 appointment. My name didn’t appear on the screen, so ten minutes later, I brought to their attention. Now it’s 11 am. Again, I brought to their attention at check in. Terrible communication & service!!!! Very disappointing with Melissa.
