Try not making it IMPOSSIBLE to reach a HUMAN on the phone. Try not sucking an enormous amount of your client/customer's time with your absurd automated phone system. I've just spent over a HALF HOUR trying to reach someone, & I'm STILL going through the loop!!!! AUTOMATION IS NOT THE ANSWER :(
