I got there today for 8:20am appointment to find people stand outside waiting for employees to let them in (very cold this morning). This location is supposed to open at 8am. There was no note on the door..nothing! I waited another 10 minutes and then rescheduled with New City Quest Diagnostics - quite far but there was never a problem.
Yesterday was my first time at Quest. I had a 10:40 appt, they took me at 10:45 which was my only complaint. The nurse was really good at taking my blood since I have very small veins that collapse. Facility was clean and not smelly! Overall good experience.
Mike is awesome. Kind and professional.
