I was waiting for more than 1 hour, when finally was my turn, the only person working here decided to call his friend first, my appointment was 10:20 and the person he called was scheduled 2:20, it's so disrespectful. Always problems at this office. The person working there is extremely unfriendly.
I had a great experience with Vicky who did my blood extraction. I did the walk in at Quest after a previous failed blood extraction from an urgent care nearby. It was smooth and really quick. I had quick results to early morning the next day.
I didnt have to wait long and they were very nice and very good at taking my blood, didntn hurt at all!
When I arrived at Quest, the office personnel claimed they hadn't received the test orders from my doctor - although they were sent a week earlier. My doctor then faxed the test orders as I sat in the waiting room - which I later learned was for many different blood and urine tests (a regular 'annual exam' series of tests). Then Quest only took ONE blood sample and no urine - although I specifically asked them whether that was all my doctor had ordered.
