Hiccup when scheduling my first appointment only because based on the order the blood draw should be done in the morning and had to reschedule. Sonia was awesome and made sure i had an appointment for the next day and she was super efficient and friendly too! thanks Quest Diagnostics
I got in very very fast and the lab tech Nikki was awesome. I would highly recommend this place. I had even spoken to another lady who came out to see if I'd registered. Very very nice as well
Nicki is very kind and professional. When I come in it usually takes a few tries to draw my blood but she got it the first stick.
Can't beat a ten minute wait. Once my Doctors orders were verified I'm out the door in 5 minutes. Staff was great, very personable and efficient.
Spent 15 minutes on hold waiting for someone in billing to try to get insurance info updated on a bill so I can pay it, and the line just hung up on me. There is no way to talk to a person. Then the automated attendant had the nerve to ask me to rate my experience with the person who assisted me... Who I never got to talk to. Absolutely ridiculous. Guess I can just tear this bill up?
