This is one of the only places I'll go to for bloodwork. Every time I am there the staff has always been so polite and accommodating. I didn't get the nurse's name who helped me today, but she was so sweet and showed such patience with me. I tend to get really light headed or pass out during bloodwork, so I always ask if I can lay down. The waiting area is always clean and check in is super easy. The wait time is minimal as well, if you have a scheduled appointment. I think I've waited at most 15 minutes.

After several visits, I finally have had it. I had an appointment with confirmation number, when I got there (on time) the system said it could not find my appointment. Suggested waiting more than two hours. I chose to be classified as “walk in”. Just as a man was shouting at a staff member. He annoyed me, so I shouted “don’t shout” at him. He wanted to explain the situation. I said “i don’t care. Don’t shout!”. I think he was complaining about the same thing that I was complaining about the same thing I was experiencing. The appointment was easy to schedule. The check-in was easy and on-time. The practitioner was on friendly and skilled, the blood draw was painless.
