Their appointment system is a disaster they change at will. This has happened way to offen even location can change at there discretion
Id love to give the establishment itself more stars but from my experience with Desiree I cant bring myself to do so. She was very unprofessional from the start, asking me for my confirmation number then getting upset that I "messed her up" cause she was still trying to log into her computer; then when asking me to place my things in the lock box, which I understand is proper protocol for a urine test, she huffed and groaned as if i was taking to long doing so, mind you I explained I was on my lunch for work and had tools an... read more
