I have had several negative experiences in the past when having my blood drawn, often due to the lack of skill or technique of the person performing the procedure. That was certainly not the case during my recent visit to Quest. On the contrary, Don was exceptional. I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and expertise, the blood draw was completely painless, something I had never experienced before. He made the entire process comfortable and stress-free, and I am very grateful for the excellent care he provided.
