Mahogany took excellent care of me and had me in and out of there in no time. She was competent, professional and kind. I didn’t even notice the procedure.
I do Not usually write reviews, because my generation really just doesn’t care. If I don’t Like a place I just Don’t go back. If I don’t like someone’s service then I will Not go back. My experience with Natasha (she told me she was new to this particular Quest), the phlebotomist was amazing. Her welcoming attitude and her warm smile put me at ease. I did Not feel the needle at all. I usually bruise because I take aspirin and not a mark on me except for the minuscule needle spot. She was amazing! Thank you!
They have the worst customer service ever!! The plebotomist helped me through multiple test and I'll thank her for that but after coming back twice, calling multiple times, asking their service desk to email them, knocking on the door multiple times, just to try to get a lost item, they never helped me out. This is infuriating, and trust me when I say I'll never be back here.
