No professional staff because I have asked about wifi guest or wifi employee password. They say don't have wifi 📶 and I saw my smartphone there appear at Quest Diagnostic and 😩 with them! I do not appreciate them. Stink!
I always come to this location the employees are very helpful but today I had a bad experience with Brenda she is rude to me and she is not helpful at all she hurt me and she has terrible communication with a customer.

THIS IS FOR THE NEW LOCATION - LOCATED AT 1430 N MILLS AVE. The new office is incredible. I've already recommended some friends to go there. It's brand new and looks super modern and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
