Lady stuck my child multiple times. When I said no more _ she remembered they have smaller needles.
I was super nervous about going to get bloods taken, It’s very silly but I can’t help it. On arrival the lady at the front desk was so nice and me made me feel a lot better. The lady who did my bloods could see I was terrified and explained everything, she did it so quickly I barley felt anything. Very happy with my experience. Great place to go if you are a nervous nelly like me!
