It was a great experience. Not only I only waited for a couple of minutes, but also my phlebotomist Veronica was excellent. She made sure to distract me when I told her I have a history of fainting and she was quick and it was painless. She was very pleasant and courteous.

Over the last week, I have visited this location twice and both times were seamless, and I was out in about 15 mins. The location is clean and welcoming, and the check-in process is quick. However, the best part is the staff. My first visit was with Shawn. The lady who drew my blood was gentle efficient and extremely courteous, I didn’t even feel it and I am usually a hard stick. She made me feel comfortable. I hope that Nalini is there every time I have to have my blood drawn. She needs to be commended for a job above and beyond.i am forever grateful.☺️
