My phlebotomist was very good. She double checked her work, talking with a supervisor as needed to confirm correctness. I hated the impersonal check in process and locked off waiting room. I wasn't seen until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I didn't leave until 45 minutes after it. I'll look for another lab next time I need to have a test done.
