I made an appointment over a week ago. I got there about 10 minutes before my appointment time and signed in. There was an option for the system to text you when they are ready to take you back. 30 minutes past my original appointment time I got no notification. I went in and asked a staff member for help regarding this he said he would check for me but never came back to assist. I know the company won’t see this but this place is horrible. All i needed to do was drop off a prepared specimen for my mother who can’t drive or go far from our house due to surgery. I waited over an hour after i was told yesterday to just come by and sign in and ill get seen quickly. If you have to do anything at all for this god awful place make an appointment. Staff was rude and kept telling me to use the tablet. I asked about getting another specimen jar and they told me to use the tablet and wait. AGAIN THIS PLACE SUC... read more

Always easy peasy. Clean, quiet, QUICK(with an appointment, of course), polite, friendly staff and never have stress from any of the phlebotomy techs because all have a very good hand. Thank you.
