Quest's "scheduling" system is a joke. Two days in a row I checked in with the "wait outside" option, never received the text I was supposed to, and wasted hours of my day. Your scheduling site doesn't even load in FireFox, and even *if* you manage to get an appointment and get checked in you're gonna be there at least half an hour past your scheduled appointment. 0/10, never doing business with Quest again.
