I was very surprised and happy with my 1st experience at the mobile unit. I didn't have an appointment, but was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The ladies were awesome. My veins have a tendency to hide and move. My tech didn't have a bit of trouble.

Long story short: if you need an appointment, schedule it at another location for now. Not at this North Alafaya location. I had an appointment scheduled for today, Monday August 11. This location is currently going through renovations, so they are treating patients in a mobile service center that was located in the parking lot. *Please note: some tests cannot be done at this mobile service center* In my case, I had to do both bloodwork and a urine test. I had a great experience at Quest thanks to Phlebotomist’s Head lead of the lab I forgot her name however she was a blessing to me.They were professional, gentle, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I barely felt the needle, and they worked quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they care about their patients and take pride in their work. Thank you for making my visit so smooth and stress-free!
