I think this location will shut down on 7/15. Tried to make another appointment said it was closed from 7/15 to 10/5. Anyone know why?
Staff has always been polite and capable in their duties. Scheduling times accommodate our needs. Have used Waterford and N Alafaya sites.
I ALWAYS get the name of the phlebotomist who serves me. Unfortunately this time I failed but perhaps you (QUEST) have it on my paperwork.
