Debra was AMAZING! Everyone else typically struggles with sticking me/getting the draw, & I always bruise instantly. I didn’t feel her doing a single thing, & I had absolutely no bruising-even 24 hours later.

During my recent blood draw, I had two needle attempts — first on my right arm, but the blood wouldn’t flow, so the sample was taken from my left arm instead. As a result, I’ve had noticeable bruising, firm lumps under the skin, and purple discoloration around both injection sites for three days now. I am very dissatisfied with how the procedure was performed. In another clinic, I previously had 11 tubes of blood drawn and didn’t even have a red mark afterward. If you make an appt they will see you, maybe, at that time. Do not show early or walk in, won't happen. Sat in empty waiting room for 15 min with no one in back, no one ever came out until an appointment time person came in and yes I was checked in.
