Had an issue with a technician during check in and ended up having to wait longer than needed but then Angelina helped me out and made the experience seamless and enjoyable! Thank you so much!
Slowest phlebotomists I have seen in my life. There are 3 of them here now, one patient appointment every 10 minutes, so 3 employees drawing 6 patients per hour. So they each take 30 min per person. What the hell are they doing back there??
UPDATE: There really needs to be better options for blood draws. This time I had an appt at 330, they called me back at 350 and then didnt have my order. I emailed it to them but I was told they couldn't do lab draws after 340 and I'd have to come back. This was a timed hormone test. I will have to wait another month to have it drawn now. Yikes. This was my second time at Quest and both times the staff has been stellar. The appointment scheduling was convenient and easy. Check in was a breeze and I barely waited 2 minutes before Angelina came out to get me. She was friendly, thorough and explained everything perfectly. She did a great job with a pain-free blood draw. Very professional, but relatable and friendly. I don’t get the bad reviews. Both the phlebotomists were excellent. I would use them again the next time i need services
