Making an appt. is the way to go. Walk-ins best back snacks, could be a while.
The black lady with glasses (sorry I do not recall her name) was able to get me in last minute and helped me get very critical lab work completed. Please give this worker a pay raise and a promotion. She was literally an angel!
This place takes way to long and I'm sure they make people wait on purpose past their appointment time. Edit: literally acted like she didn't know any of the names or work a computer. Then PULL not push the button to instantly retract the needle literally PULL it out my arm
Had to check in just to drop off a specimen only one person working at a time shouldn't have to wait so long to drop something off
