You can start checking in from your car (get the app) there is no receptionist... between the app and the waiting room check in kiosk... You will be covered. The Quest app also gives you all the results of what ever you had done as soon as they become available..... so you can be better prepared to ask your Dr questions.
Woman who opened the office very nasty asked if I had appointment told her no none available in the AM for weeks gave me a lecture how I should make an appointment when you advertise walk in welcome check in states 30 60 min wait she told me me 4 hrs had my orders changed to Labcore
If the healthcare industry can make one feel like a nameless number in a vast sea of not-care, Quest Centers is right up there. Hire receptionists. It's ridiculous that you walk into an office and signs posted all haphazardly tell you to visit the kiosk to check-in. I watched a poor elderly couple who couldn't figure it out and had to help them. The chairs are deplorably uncomfortable and the waiting room is way to small to be pleasant, especially when some people were coughing.
