Woman who opened the office very nasty asked if I had appointment told her no none available in the AM for weeks gave me a lecture how I should make an appointment when you advertise walk in welcome check in states 30 60 min wait she told me me 4 hrs had my orders changed to Labcore
If the healthcare industry can make one feel like a nameless number in a vast sea of not-care, Quest Centers is right up there. Hire receptionists. It's ridiculous that you walk into an office and signs posted all haphazardly tell you to visit the kiosk to check-in. I watched a poor elderly couple who couldn't figure it out and had to help them. The chairs are deplorably uncomfortable and the waiting room is way to small to be pleasant, especially when some people were coughing.
Timely, professional service and friendly atmosphere
There was only one technician working in the Norwalk Cross St office even though the office was busy. I was taken in for treatment 35 minutes after my appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. The technician was on her cell phone toward the end which further delayed my departure. Other patients were just as frustrated.
