Got blood drawn in June. Received it after hours of phone calls in OCTOBER. And don’t go to their Darien location - it’s worse!!
At 40 Cross St They are under staffed but they work hard and get you in and out. Get the app and Make an Appointment and get there before your appointment. You can start checking in from your car (get the app) there is no receptionist... between the app and the waiting room check in kiosk... You will be covered. The Quest app also gives you all the results of what ever you had done as soon as they become available..... so you can be better prepared to ask your Dr questions.
Woman who opened the office very nasty asked if I had appointment told her no none available in the AM for weeks gave me a lecture how I should make an appointment when you advertise walk in welcome check in states 30 60 min wait she told me me 4 hrs had my orders changed to Labcore
