Easy to find an office. Very friendly and professional staff. Results came quickly with all the explanation I needed. I love the online system for booking, and receiving your results too
Understaffed for volume. Not the employees fault. I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. I thought walk in was allowed.
Horrible service .. while waiting for someone to come out I heard the ppl working there ordering scrubs and nonsense 🙃 when someone finally came out they asked me to sign in which I did.. the lady infront of me was already waiting 30 mins I asked how long is the wait nd was told to sit .. I immediately called my DR office and asked them to transfer labs to my job ... office needs better staff or to close office
Anytime I come here for bloodwork there’s always an issue with timing. Even when making an appointment, expect to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour past your reserved time. This is quite frustrating! They need to respect their patients time.
Great service overall. I can’t say everyone will have the same care provider I did, but my experience was great. She was super calming, didn’t have to poke around to find my vein, talked to me while I was sitting there.
