Great experience at Quest with Hugo, who took my blood. He was excellent - no pain, no bleeding and no black and blue after the fact. Took me right on time (I had an appointment) and the whole thing was complete in 10 minutes. Super!
Donavon was amazing but the waiting room was a humid petri dish the size of a closet.
Just can't deal with long lines and never honoring your schedule appointments not enough QUEST
1 staff worker working with an entire lobby full of people and a line out the door who booked appointments. Truly no regard for people’s time, if they have work, nothing. What is the point of making an appointment if it’s never honored? Second time happening by the way. Either hire more people or accept less appointments.
