Great staff and clean facility
My Phlebotomist was excellent!
I had some specimen to drop off at the lab, so I come to drop it off, as you would do with any normal labs, and the lady tells me I need an appointment to DROP OFF stuff. Really, to drop off? And nobody told me that when I picked up the containers at the lab. The management needs to really step up their game and hire more people, if you get to the point of needing to schedule something as simple as a drop off.
