I went in due to some non-routine issues I was having. Dr. Mauro listened to my concerns and did a thorough exam. He took extra time to explain what he was doing and to walk through the x-rays. He was very patient and kind, and willing to spend time answering my questions. I will be returning in the future.
On 11/16/17 I had a severe toothache that continued through the day and night. On 11/17/17 at 8:30am I called and was given an appt. for 11:00. I was seen by Dr. Hogan as my regular dentist was not in. Dr. Hogan checked the tooth and we decided, as it was a wisdom tooth, to extract it. After numbing the area he proceeded. All I felt was a little pressure. I did not even realize when it came out until he showed it to me. The staff and dentist was very easy going and friendly with my son who has suffered from heightened anxiety. My son was calm the entire time.
Where do I start? The front desk Diana was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked through the door. Paperwork was all digital and explained well. Did I mention the great Kurig coffee while I filled out paperwork? Then off to see Lynn the Hygenist who is Ms. Gentle Dental herself. She was not only easy on the mouth and very detailed, but explained herself every step of the way. There was also the very friendly (and cute) RDA named Davina who made me feel like family! As usual, in and out quickly. Patient and open to questions. My girls love this office!
Excellent care. Would highly recommend. Very experienced with working with children and helpful to parents as well. They make both the child and the parent feel relaxed! Finally a dental office I feel good taking my kids to. Thank you for taking care of my daughter.
