My 1st time visiting the James Island office was pleasant. Everyone was beyond nice and helpful. My services, treatment, and payment were explained very well. Thank you all for such great care and service.
The front end staff were extremely friendly and acknowledged me the moment I entered the office. My wife and I had appointments for teeth cleaning and we were taking care of our 16 month old grandson. We were able to stay in their conference room and took turn babysitting. The dental hygienist was excellent as was our entire time in the office. We love this place and highly recommend Oceanic Dental to anyone looking for outstanding dental work and equalling amazing staff.
Rescheduled appointment from late October to the end of July was a welcome relief. When I tried to schedule an appointment after the practice reopening I was told the earliest available was late October. Due to the fact that I had been scheduled in May before the closing, because of the virus, I felt any patient having a scheduled appointment should have been given priority upon reopening. Thanks to the scheduling staff for calling me as soon as there was a cancelation.

Very friendly and experienced office.
I think the way you handled your reopening was very unfair. Those of us that had appointments that were put on hold were not contacted first so that we could reschedule ahead of clients that did not have prior appointments. As a result I can not get a cleaning and exam until the end of October.
