Had an appointment this morning on 7/15/25, after giving blood I started to feel nauseas and dizzy, the two ladies that were both working did a tremendous job of keeping me calm, giving me an ice pack to cool down, and also gave me a water bottle to help out how I was feeling! Now a days people don’t go all of their way to help or even seem to care about us as individuals, and so this experience today was awesome, so thank you ladies!
Big chubby white lady today didn't allow my family member to use the bathroom. We were there for blood drawn only and don't need urine sample. There is no receptionist just self check in only. My family needs to urinate quickly and the lady just told us one second and just waiting. She didn't allow my family member to use restroom at all.
The phlebotomist was one of the most technically competent I have experienced. However, he was not friendly at all. I don't think he ever looked me in the eye. He seemed very arrogant and annoyed that he was having to work. There was not a single other patient in the building so I don't think it was because he was so busy. The site also did not have the 24 hour take home test I needed and when I asked how I could get it I was told that I had to go to other sites and look for it.
