Lack of professionalism and lack of patient safety. The phlebotomist used my 2 year old son as a pin cushion and then informed us hours later the wrong tubes were drawn. Do not recommend.
The phlobotomist Jackie was a true gem. She was working solo and was so very professional and pleasant. She greeted me with a smile and was so interactive during my labs. She is top tier. I complimented her on her customer service and one of her responses was she love what she does. KUDOS young Lady Again, a year later 2025 Ms. Jacqueline is the ultimate professional.
