**Strongly suggest making an appointment** Many of the low reviews are from people who complained that they were made to wait as a walk in and that others were taken in before them. Quest prioritizes appointments over walk-ins and there is no guarantee that a walk-in may even be seen the same day. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience was so frustrating and disappointing that I felt it needed to be shared. I visited Quest Diagnostics on 7/17/25 as a walk-in for a drug urinalysis. I arrived at 10 a.m. and was told the wait could be 30–60 minutes. I understood that walk-ins might take longer, so I was prepared to wait—but not for 3.5 hours. Meanwhile, patients with appointments were coming in and being seen within 10–15 minutes.
