It’s very close to home the people that do the labs are very nice and very polite. And it’s very clean and fast.
Easy to make appt., small wait time, nurses are wonderful and highly qualified. Like going to Quest Dignostics.
We arrived as a stand by, willing to wait. Waited 60 minutes with a prescription for lab work from a doctor at lenox Hill hospital. Was told by the technician that the exam codes were not quest codes. Was told I needed to get a different script. Called the doctors office who informed me codes are universal and that other patients have gone to quest and this was the first time they were hearing this.
