I had appt at 2.due to another appt canceling I arrived just before 12 and checked in. People kept coming both with appt and walk in finally after 90 minutes we were alone in the reception area and no way to contact staff. Finally someone came out and asked us if we had appt. It would be nice if you get there early you can change your status to walk in also so you might be seen earlier. I could not find a way to change my appt once I signed in. I had an appointment with Labcorp at 8:30A and started fasting for it the night before. Late at night they eMailed me that my appointment was canceled due to a shortage of workers. Not delayed, not re-scheduled, just canceled. That morning at 8:30A I walked into a nearby Quest Diagnostic site and the lab tech there graciously saw me right away and by 8:35A I was done and on my way. FANTASTIC customer support!!!
With an appointment, Brianna made my tests so easy and simple. She was kind, thorough, walked me through instructions and tried to get things done as quickly as possible. She was great at the blood draws, really quick, and again was very good at walking me through what she was doing. This location was really nice, clean and had a spacious waiting room.
