I visit quest Diagnostic in Napa, I am amazed with the staff friendly, caring and professional. Office is clean.
Technicians were great friendly and efficient online booking not good
Could not get an online appointment— the app would not even let me click on it to make an appointment (Even for a month or more in the future). So I had to do a walk-in and the check-in tablet computer stated approximately a 1 hour wait. Waited an hour and a half. At first they were taking 2 appointments at a time and going really quickly. Once they got through the bulk of their appointments, they slowed way down (serving only 1 person at a time or less now according to their check in screen) and were having a grand old time... read more
