My doctor ordered labs electronically and my post visit notes stated that I did not need to bring anything to Quest with me. I made an appt and arrived on time. The employee called my name an proceeded to apologize to other people in the waiting area announcing that she HAD to take me first because i had an appt. I follow her back and she tells me they do not have my order papers, and asks me for a copy. I have an appointment to have a drug screening showed up at 12:20. The kiosk didn’t work properly and there was no one at the front desk to help so I waited only to find out that they close at one and she can’t do a drug screening. She sent me 15 minutes away after waiting 20 minutes on her to tell me that. Not very professional in their approach don’t recommend them at all

First time using Quest Myrtle Beach. Just routine wellness tests. Fantastic and super efficient. Much better experience than other lab in the area
