Had an appointment at 8, I got there 10mins early. Kiosk was broken so I signed in on sheet and waited. After 24 mins of waiting I left because I had to get to work.

Jackie was literally the best. She was so patient with me, even when I forgot my lab slip and had to come back. I’d never gotten my blood drawn before and I was anxious, the second she heard that, she was super attentive and calming. Making sure I was okay, talking me through every step, and genuinely just being a really nice human being. Next time I need to come in, I’m asking for Jackie. After some not so good experiences with medical professionals, Jackie was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much<3

I was really skeptical going because of the reviews. The place was clean, you can make appointments and they don’t have you waiting all day even with one, and the staff was very friendly. The woman who seems to run the show there and gives the tests was very nice and accommodating. The poor woman was working even during her lunch break she was so busy.

Had an appointment at 9:40 AM. Checked in 10 minutes, early went into the building. My name was on the board. Nobody spoke to me or communicated anything at 10:06got up and walked out because I had to get to work. I took a video in front of the building documenting that I was there and what time it was for proof do not schedule an appointment if you want to be seen at your appointment time and do not expect them to communicate time delays with you.They don't care about your time.
