Prepare for them to be at least 20 minutes late every time. I get my blood drawn quarterly and go there fairly regularly. Ive never once been seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time. Even if its the first appointment of the day. I showed up 10 minutes before their posted opening time prepared to wait. No one was in the building. No longer accepting drug screens NINETY MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING is absolutely wild on a WEEKDAY.
It is so miserable to do business with a company that makes it impossible to speak to someone over the phone. Just terrible. Long automated system that refuses to allow you to speak to anyone. Every single option on the phone tree tells you to go to their website or listen to a recording. No receptionist so you check in on a tablet (which is fine) so no one is accountable when you wait 45 min after you appointment time. And everyone that uses mobile check in goes right ahead of you even tho the TV you get to watch while you wait says your next. Not a great experience.
