My insurance asked me to go here but my doctor didn’t send me with sufficient paper work, so they wouldn’t do the work. I had it pulled up in MyChart. They would accept an email, but not paperwork that was stamped by my doctor. I WAITED 2 WEEKS for this appointment!!! HAD THEY EMPLOYED PEOPLE TO REVIEW THE ASK, NO TIME WOILD HAVE BEEN WASTED. Had to take my daughter here for diagnostic testing. We were told to just walk in. Once we arrived to the location, we found out that "walk in" is just to make an appointment and the appointment was 100 minutes later. Why would this place operate in such an inefficient way? Why can't we make appointments before arriving to the facility physivally so we can make arrangements accordingly instead of waiting around. This has wasted so much time.
Made appointment over the phone, showed up on time, they never scheduled me apparently. No one at desk to answer questions, now kne available over the phone to fix issue.
This is my second time coming here and doing lab work through my employer. Both times I came I had no issues. You sign in and wait your turn. Phlebotomist that I saw today was very nice and gentle and got done with everything fairly quick. She did an excellent job drawing my blood. I didn't feel anything.
