Worst Quest location ever! How is it that there is one single person in the entire waiting room at 0900 and next available time slot to draw simple CBC & BMP is not until 1240!!!??? I can hear employees in the back laughing and chatting and hanging out. Nobody at front desk. Again, one person sitting in otherwise empty waiting room…ridiculous.
I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Murray. The check-in process was super smooth — I booked my appointment online, and they called me in right on time. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the blood draw almost painless. The results came back quickly through the online portal. Overall, very clean facility and efficient service. Highly recommend if you need labs done without the hassle!
If you're gonna have different hours for drug screens than your operational hours, put that on the website. Super frustrating to leave work to get here and see that despite me trying to get here when they could help me, there was no way for me to know other than to get there and not be helped.
They lost my drug test. I showed up at 10.am to do a walk in drug test. The lady was rude and dismissive un not clear with instructions. Been 2 weeks since and ive not gotten my email with the results and neither did my work. Oh and they only gave me 1 minute in the bathroom which was crazy. Don't go here for drug tests they will waste your time.
My insurance asked me to go here but my doctor didn’t send me with sufficient paper work, so they wouldn’t do the work. I had it pulled up in MyChart. They would accept an email, but not paperwork that was stamped by my doctor. I WAITED 2 WEEKS for this appointment!!! HAD THEY EMPLOYED PEOPLE TO REVIEW THE ASK, NO TIME WOILD HAVE BEEN WASTED.
