If you come in on the standby list and are not present in the room when your name is called they will remove you and make you start over. I told staff that I was in the bathroom and asked if they had called me and when I noticed my name removed from the standby list. Staff proceeded to get frustrated saying that I would have to restart. My issue is that there is no one to check in with, just an automated system. Automated phone number only. Scheduling weeks out. Wait times for walk ins that are 2+ hours. No way to talk to a person in the office. Absolute garbage.
This place is crap, they are always behind and make excuses that don’t make. If you use their service plan on waiting. Last time was 40min past my appointment. Second visit was just as bad of an experience. Don’t go here choose somewhere else.
I LOVE QUEST. Get here early and its now 20 min past my appt and im still waiting. Common practice. Maybe once out of 20 visits have i been pulled back early or on time
I'm so mad at them. My son has been having serious signs of depression bc he is constantly feeling tired even though he may sleep 8+ hours. We've been trying to get him to get blood work to test for low ferritin and I was finally able to convince him to go to a 4pm appt on Friday. They denied him bc they said that one test was required before 9am. I asked my son to plead with them And tell them that we didn't care about the accuracy of that one test.
