I had a good visit, this time. The Quest associate, Maria, who took care of me, was great. The last few times the associates were not as friendly. Initially, I went to another blood draw facility, but they had issues and are very limited in locations. I changed this from 4 stars to 2 stars because they didn't take a blood sample for a specific test, that is important. They were supposed to call me and never did! I had a telehealth call and the doctor ordered blood work. They said it was close enough to my annual physical that it would be my yearly blood work. I scheduled an appointment at Quest for a morning appointment. I accidentally scheduled for a differnt location. Dismayed, I was about to leave, but a nice lady informed me I could enter as a walk in. About 5 minutes later I was in a room getting my blood drawn. In and out in 5 minutes. Staff had excellent bedside manner and made it quick and painless.
The nurse that took my blood was extremely rude no compassion at all!!! Hurt me a lot I told her she was hurting me her excuse I didn’t drink water! I have my blood taken plenty of times! She just didn’t care!!! It was like I’m just another body and it doesn’t matter!i don’t go take my blood because I don’t have nothing else to do nobody does so try to be nice not a smile nothing, she shouldn’t be dealing with people at all!!!!!
