At this Quest location the staff is very professional, unlike the West Haven and Orange locations. They listen and take their time caring for their patient's needs. They provide great customer service. I prefer to drive 15 minutes to this location instead of 3 minutes to the others. I'd recommend this Milford location.
During a family emergency, I had to stop in to drop off a sample, while my dog was in the car. Shannon was a complete sweetheart, and expedited the check-in & hand-off... can't say thank you enough! :)
I always come as a walk-in and so far have been seen relatively quickly compared to the time estimate they provide at check-in
This office is horrible. The SAME tech, not once but TWICE has extorted payment (each time on separate visits). Be aware that if, you are an educated consumer as I am and compare EOBs to provider invoices, per Quest policy, you have 30 days to pay any balances (which is needed as we know how slow insurance companies can be). Quest techs are NOT ALLOWED to say until you pay your invoice or "prepay" a deposit they will not treat you!!!! Maria was an amazing care provider! She straightened out a billing issue and had the lightest touch when inserting the needle to draw. This is a true professional!
