EVERYTIME I go they are very nice and considering I am a walk in, I really think they get to me in a timely fashion. I have a very short window for patients and I have yet to hit that threshold going to this location.
I made an appointment for this Quest lab location on 04/14/2021 and experienced no wait time upon arrival. Valerie completed my lab work and was very friendly and professional. I would use this location again.
Good place to get test they hit my veins first time I'm extremely happy for that in past I was a difficult case
I went to have bloodwork done a week before my doctor appointment. When I went to the doctor a week later, No results from my bloodwork. My Doctor's nurse called them and they said that my blood samples where found on a table not tested. They said that they don't know why the samples where not tested. The nurse told me that Quest would call and set up another appointment. They didn't call. I went to the lab at Memorial Hospital today. It was a pleasant experience.
Service was very good at this site staff pleasant there was no long wait .Staff was experienced and seemed to enjoy and be knowledgeable about their job and drawing blood
The phlebotomists r excellent I’m hard to get a vein n they get it the first time very nice n friendly not a long wait at all
Fast service, very thorough . The only thing I can see that needs improvement is there was no greeter to assist me and they should of had fresh coffee and a variety of rolls.
I have being going to Quest on Bayou Blvd for years for Doctor prescribed blood work. It has always been a good experience. It is clean, they are very prompt with appointments and best of all everyone there have always been pleasant and professional
