The staff were efficient and kind, just make sure you book an appointment!
Disappointed by the lack of flexibility. I was turned away for not having an appointment—even though the waiting room was completely empty. When I asked why, I was told they already had “too many orders.” It’s frustrating to be refused service without any visible reason, especially when it looks like they could have accommodated me.
I walked in on a Monday morning at 10:25 AM, signed in, and waited over two hours without being acknowledged. The male staff member working there didn’t say a word to me—not even a basic “Are you all set?” or any kind of update. Completely ignored me the entire time while others were being called in. If this is how walk-in patients are treated, it’s unacceptable. Never coming back to this location again.
Very bad attitude and communication
I'm very happy to use your Quest Diagnostics Office, this is my 3th time, but this time there is some problem. My wife and I had Blood Test last Wednesday March 19, but we didn't have our results yet.( Today is March 27) We don't know what happened....
