I had a 3:00 PM lab appointment, but when I got there, the place was already closed with a sign saying they close after 1:30 PM. No call, no text, no email—nothing. I drove almost two hours round trip for this. That’s honestly ridiculous. This kind of service is just horrible and shows zero respect for people’s time.
I had a provider form with requested bloodwork. One of the tests the technician couldn’t locate. The blood wasn’t drawn for it. I checked at home and it came right up on the list. I don’t have the time to go back and have the blood work done. I scheduled an appointment and still waited 45 minutes there so overall not too happy I still have to have that blood work done. I’m just gonna have to wait.
