All the staff was respectful, kind, friendly and professional.
We made an appt to save time and I'm so glad we did. Walked in and within 10 minutes we had been called back and on our way out the door. Very quick, tech was extremely nice.
This location has recently been updated, with the latest technology included. Check-in on my phone was the easiest I've experinced at any medical office. Staff is professional and personable. My phlebotomist was a "good sticker."
The Tech was very talented: no bruise!
Love the ladies at this location. I am not good with needles, nor do I have good veins for giving blood, and they are always very patient and good to me.
