Came on a Saturday for my boyfriend to get lab work done. His doctor had told us that they sent in his lab order but gave us a physical copy of them in case we needed it. Unfortunately, we forgot the copy of his labs and when we got to the office, there was a sign on the door saying their system was down and we needed a physical paper copy. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Quest Diagnostics. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year and as a transplant patient, having my labs drawn on schedule is extremely important to my health and ongoing care. The night before my appointment, I checked my account and saw that I had an outstanding balance. I immediately paid the amount owed. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the next morning, I was told I still had a balance and that they would not perform my labs until the payment cleared in their system... read more
