This morning I encountered a staff member at this location who turned me away (after arriving at 6 am as a awl in) because I did not have an appointment. She stated that they no longer take walk ins. I asked when that policy change took effect she said May 3rd. However, the Quest Lab website does not indicate this. It suggests that an appointment be made and that walk ins can't be guaranteed service. If the staff person had said this I would have understood (but the place wasn't crowded).
