Kierra is the best phlebotomist my family has ever encountered. She is so skilled at what she does and gives the most warm and welcoming energy that every lab could benefit from! She deserves recognition for the positive impact she makes on the lives of others. Quest is so lucky to have her!
It's a bad building. Shabby, not well-maintained, and the Quest lab was not very nice either. Medical facilities should be clean, well-organized, and professional-looking to inspire confidence in the quality of the lab services. And only one person worked there, doing everything. That was concerning, too.
Doctor Tilghman was AMAZING! We brought her a lab order that was scripted for LabCorp which turned out to be very time consuming and hard on her and she just did it all for us with such a positivity. Talking to me and helping me through the process. I brought my fierce fighter of a two year old and Dr. Tilghman did the most amazing job with her. The whole thing went so well and these kinds of things usually are very tough on the little ones. I cannot recommend this place for a blood draw enough. Thank you for being amazing!
My experience here today was top-notch. Keara was extremely professional and experienced. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and even gave me a little pep talk during the draw! Sadly, this location may be closing soon, but as long as Keara stays with Quest, I'll travel to her new location.
