Would give a zero if I could, website and their signage read closes at 6, drove 30 minutes to find a sign taped to a kiosk in the lobby at 5:20 saying closed for the day, no faculty members insight, just a locked door with a keypad…
The log in computer touch screen is worn out takes multiple times pushing to complete an easy task selection!! The woman that took my blood sample stuck me to hard I have had a black and blue for several days now.
Always very convenient when you schedule. Nice to be able to schedule when you want. On day of appointment just one tap on your text from Quest and your all check in.
Building is not well maintained, staff is rude and unprofessional, business model is as impersonal as can possibly be. I was surprised they actually completed the orders my PCP submitted. Billing was confusing, and I think I got charged for tests they never filled, but I wasn't provided documents of what was ordered, what they did, and what I was charged for, so I have no way to verify. Jennifer was excellent, had great customer service and was an amazing phlebotomist. We had a great conservation for the time that I sat in the chair. Thanks Jennifer for making my experience at Quest a great one!
