Best experience professional and with care and kindness by the lady who did my blood draw. If I could choose her for all my appointments, I would.
Lost lab sample, continuous bombardment with bills, $8, $5, $20 crazy. get all the bills together and bill me once! Impossible to get a supervisor call until I spoke with unrelated hospital administration. Lame excuse that the threw lab in garbage? Huh, no one called to tell me? Suppose to have surgery based on this poor irresponsible lab that operates out of a hospital? Pathetic
