The technician in May was excellent — very professional and friendly, which I especially appreciated.. One suggestion for improving the process: it would be helpful if estimated service times were displayed on the office screen during check-in. I arrived 10 minutes early but waited alone in the empty reception area for a while without anyone acknowledging me. Having visible wait time estimates would make waiting easier and help set expectations.
Unbelievable. I came in for a standby appointment due to an urgent need. I waited for 30 minutes and then someone popped out and said they weren’t taking walk ins. They shouldn’t even allow someone to sign in if that’s not an option. Terrible waste of time.
No waiting time, they brought me in at exactly hour of my appointment, and the person who took my blood sample, was very good, I didn't feel a thing, not to often I could say that, thumbs up
It was quick and staff was very helpful and friendly
Daniella is amazing! I barely felt the needle. That's as it should be!!! She should train all others on how to do it her way! And, she was so pleasant! It's great to see a smiling face when you're having that done. I've been through it too much unfortunately. She's one of the best! (Still hate the kiosk check-in though.)
