Very unprofessional and rude workers. You will wait hours for your testing to get done. Multiple workers and a room full of guests in the waiting room. I waited hours and then they told me to leave once 15 minutes before, I was not able to get my blood test. They ignored us towards the end of the time and stopped serving and taking guests before 12 pm. The worker yelled at us and said they aren’t taking anymore people and it was not even closing time. At least 5 different people who got here after me and barely checked in have all left before I was even called. No appointment or anything. Ridiculous. I just got off an overnight shift and I’m still waiting.
I had blood work done and I am a big chicken, and of course they can never find the veins! (I am not thin) I have been going to Quest in lombard for years and it is perfect every time! I check in on my phone, come in and I am called right away!! I had Felicia draw my blood and she was patient, kind, reassuring and it was done so quickly!! (Not to forget to mention that she got interested in helping people after 9/11 ) Thank You for hiring such great employees!!!! I will never go anywhere else!!!!
Quick and friendly service.
I had a 12:30 appointment. No one came to check me in 2 people went in before me, after they came in after me after waiting for 25 minutes I was there 10 minutes before my appointment and.when i inquired why i wasn't called yet i was basically ignored so i left ,they were unprofessional and very rude.
