This Quest Diagnostics location has the most unprofessional and inexperienced staff. My one-year-old son had a blood test there, and the person responsible for drawing his blood did it very poorly. She inserted the needle directly into the muscle and then tried to reach vein by moving the needle under the skin and my son was crying a lot from pain. Then I told her stop this is not the right way to draw blood then she called her another staff to help. Please you guys have to hire professional and experience staff to work.
They got me 40 minites earlier as the next appointment required long wait. Thanks!
I love this location. I checked on via a text and was taken in at my scheduled appointment time. Ro was simply AMAZING!!! I'm a hard stick but she got it on the first try! Woohoo! She was very polite, kind and knowledgeable. She let me know what she was doing and was very efficient. A+++++
Phlebotomist was outstanding….great at drawing blood and very personable while remaining professional!
The technician in May was excellent — very professional and friendly, which I especially appreciated.. One suggestion for improving the process: it would be helpful if estimated service times were displayed on the office screen during check-in. I arrived 10 minutes early but waited alone in the empty reception area for a while without anyone acknowledging me. Having visible wait time estimates would make waiting easier and help set expectations.
