Easy and quick appointment, personnel was very professional. I did go on a Saturday morning early and there were no lights (only emergency) on inside until I made to into the Quest suite. When I left I flipped a couple of hall light switches on. I was the first person in so it was odd to walk into the building in the "dark".
Will never set foot in a Quest Diagnostic again. I never got my blood drawn because it was too close to closing,even though I was there for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging my existence. Then when the person finally did she was extremely rude in her presentation as to why she could not take me in. She then tried to get me to make an appointment, which I refused to, I told her there were plenty of places to get my lab work done. You need to "check-in" using a kiosk, where it scans your driver license and insurance card. There is no in-person receptionist. If you make an appointment at the Quest website ahead of time, the waiting time after arrival is surprisingly short, even despite how crowded the waiting area is. Showing up without an appointment is not recommended. Technician was courteous and friendly.
