Office was 40 minutes behind and I was told they ONLY take appointments on the weekends despite being allowed to check in as a “walk in” with a notice stating that walk-ins are placed on standby and will be seen within an hour. I was not made aware of the appointment situation until I had already been waiting 30-40 minutes.
Friendly staff and I was called back earlier than my intended appointment
Arrived at 7am for my 7:10 appt only to find the lab closed. Many phone calls trying to figure out who to speak to. The woman at their customer service number called 3 supervisors to report the phlebotomist hadn't showed up and not 1 supervisor answered the phone. Sat there until 8 am when I received a call back from the CSR to inform me she was very sorry but, nobody would be coming in today.
Made an appointment, took off work, showed up and the lights were off and door was locked. You can’t actually call and reach anyone either
