What a nasty bunch of people. I went for tests last week. It took 2 tries to hit a vein. Today, I needed another test. The person just standing scowling in the lab, was apparently training a new phlebotomist. I requested that I have a more experienced technician. The person training her became immediately nasty, rolling her eyes….
