Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! I do not recommend! I have been here 10 minutes before my appointment time and I am still waiting 30 minutes PAST my appointment time this is ridiculous! I will never come back to this place again!
The visit was amazing. The phlebotomist who assisted me was top notch. She was ready to take me right when I arrived, made the visit go smoothly and was very professional. Kudos to her!
I arrived for an appointment at 9:20am today. I departed at 9:48am when Quest staff provided service to someone who wasn’t on the list despite being almost 30 minutes late for my appointment at that point. It also appears that they double booked my appointment time. I expect a professional service provider to promptly reschedule appointments that they are unable to keep.
I was at Quest Diagnostics for Biometric screening and whole process was very completed in less than 15 minutes. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The check-in process was easy and fast.
