Great place to go! I literally signed in, and got called back quite literally 10 seconds later for a routine blood draw. They were very professional, accommodating and efficient with my visit. Nicely run clinic and good experience!!
Went in with some orders I got from my doctor for some blood work routine by yearly. Lesa assisted me unfortunately my doctors office kind of messed up so I had to have them resend the information via fax. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes I found out that my doctors office said there is a time lag so I left the location. Prior to leaving I told the lady who helped me who was nice and very helpful that I would be back later today and she said well set your appointment now so we set up for 1220. Drug screening stops at 3pm. Scheduling an appointment over the phone won't tell you that.
An elderly employee lady is very rude. A donor was trying to ask for help and the gentleman did not speak/understand much English, but the lady was not at all professional and did not even bother to help guide him in the right direction where he needed to sign in.
