Left in lobby when I had questions and couldn't find anyone. Couldn't get test in
Julian (Alejandro) was so wonderful for my urine drug screening appointment! He went out of his way to get me a water since I was unsuccessful in my first attempt and nervy lol. The clinic was SO busy but he was managing patients so well and giving walk-ins a heads up about waiting. Quick, efficient, and very friendly!! 10/10 patient care from him :)
Slow, understaffed, egregious wait times. Pick a different location if you can.
