Very courteous staff. Was in and out less than 1/2 hour.
I was at Quest Diagnostics for Biometric screening and whole process was completed in less than 15 minutes. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The check-in process was easy and fast.
I made an appointment at 2:30 and didn’t get called till 3:30 :(
It's just my opinion, and...healthcare has evolved and dramatically changed over my lifetime, but the ability to obtain lab tests without dealing with crowds and long times in waiting rooms at "big box" hospitals is an improvement in the service delivery supply chain. Competent and friendly phlebotomists who empathetically communicate, ensure your comfort, and get the tubes and tests right on every one of my visits (without upselling me on more needless tests) are refreshing.
