A huge THANK YOU goes to Ms.Jasmine who provided a 5 star service to me this morning. My husband & I scheduled appointments for our annual blood tests about 10 days ago for 8.30 and 8.40am. After we were called inside, we found out our paperwork was not it their system because our doctor's office forgot to fax it over. I wish I knew or could remember the name of my specialist that day because she was hands down the best! She made me feel so comfortable. She was very informative, positive and funny. She was also very friendly. She made my experience super easy and she answered all my questions.
The technician took care of me right away even though I ran into a system glitch during check in. She explained the importance of waiting for a confirmation code when scheduling an appointment online so as to prevent the same issue from happening again. She was extremely professional and very caring from start to finish.
I recently completed my lab work and usually feel anxious about needles and procedures. However, Pearline was fantastic! She provided such a quick and gentle experience that I hardly felt the poke at all. I highly recommend her!
My test on the 27th was a tough one; It was one of the 2 hr. Glucose tests, which I had to take without coffee and food till about 10:00 am, coupled with an 8-hour fast. For me, that is a challenge, especially the NO coffee part- but, that is NOT Quest's fault. I say all this to say, the site is clean, the staff is friendly, and my phlebotomist was knowledgeable, & did the job well.
