The technician took care of me right away even though I ran into a system glitch during check in. She explained the importance of waiting for a confirmation code when scheduling an appointment online so as to prevent the same issue from happening again. She was extremely professional and very caring from start to finish.

My test on the 27th was a tough one; It was one of the 2 hr. Glucose tests, which I had to take without coffee and food till about 10:00 am, coupled with an 8-hour fast. For me, that is a challenge, especially the NO coffee part- but, that is NOT Quest's fault. I say all this to say, the site is clean, the staff is friendly, and my phlebotomist was knowledgeable, & did the job well. I've been critical of medical care/facilities and personnel in Las Vegas for some time.. whether it's the condition of a facility, the friendliness of the staff or their professional competence... I had a great experience with Quest. My blood test was quick and smooth, with minimal pain and bruising. My blood taker, Aubrey, was very professional and friendly, making the process comfortable. We were in and out in less than an hour, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend Quest for their efficient and painless blood testing. I have had some negative times here, but getting a good blood test was like a breath of fresh air.

I want to give a big shoutout to Nina at Quest Diagnostics on Sahara! I was nervous coming in for my fasted blood draw since my sample hemolyzed last time, and the waiting room was packed. To make things more complicated, I had additional labs ordered by a different doctor and realized I should have made two appointments—oops! Thankfully, Nina kindly accommodated my extra lab orders.
