Used the app to schedule my appointment (date was 6/10/25) and checked in with the text they sent me. Hadn't been here in awhile so was surprised to see no receptionist. There are 2 check in kiosks and a display board with names and times. Lashay (spelling?) was so nice. Hard to find my veins every time. She did find it after a bit and told me because of the location it would definitely bruise. Glad she gave me the heads up because it bruised big time. Received my results fast on my app too. Highly recommended.
Irina took my blood sample... She is simply the very best I have ever encountered. This is the 2nd time Irina took my blood sample and it was superior 2 out of 2 times. And, she is a very nice person as well. Just wonderful!
I had a wonderful visit to Quest Diagnostics at West Sahara Avenue for my blood work. The care I received from Irina was exceptional. She listened attentively to my concerns and helped with my paperwork. I highly endorse this office for their excellent service and expertise.
A huge THANK YOU goes to Ms.Jasmine who provided a 5 star service to me this morning. My husband & I scheduled appointments for our annual blood tests about 10 days ago for 8.30 and 8.40am. After we were called inside, we found out our paperwork was not it their system because our doctor's office forgot to fax it over. So we had to leave, get the paper work in person and we returned about 90 minutes later. The phlebotomist decided to pull blood from the anterior part of my forearm and not from any of the normal blood draw locations. My veins stick out, which is easy to get to and as a physician myself, I was very shocked that they went through my forearm and a place that I’ve never had blood drawn from in my entire life or that I’ve ever drawn blood from somebody else. It was extremely painful And unnecessary. I will not go back to that quest again.
