My techician was DES and she was wonderful. Gain my vein in one shot and was very caring.
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT before going! If you don’t, you might be one of many who walked in and may wait hours depending how many people are there too because appointments are given priority. I made appointments for sample kit pick up and drop off. First time I went on a Monday it was early afternoon and it was packed with people standing, and 2 other people had the same time appointment with me too— waited almost 30 min.
