I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics with my 8-year-old son. The staff was incredibly kind and patient with him, which I truly appreciated. He has deep veins, but the phlebotomist got it on the first try and made him feel comfortable the entire time. I had originally forgotten my paperwork, but they still got us in quickly as a walk-in, we were seen within five minutes. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were. After making several phone calls and attempts to make an appointment thru there automated service for that day,I finally got a response. Quest said they had an opening at 2 pm at the location I had selected! I said yes when asked do you want that time and location! The automated service proceeded to ask alot of questions, which I answered! I am very satisfied with the services that Quest Diagnostics on Lake Mead Blvd. 89128 offers. Everyone at this clinic is kind, efficient and compasionate. I was helped in a timely manner by a great Lobotomist. I highly recommend thi place.
The appointment/check in system is easy to use and convenient. My technician was friendly but professional and made me feel comfortable. The test results were available the next day. What more could you want?
