The wait time is fine, never have a problem with that BUT the employees should not push to pay a $30 balance when someone is on temporary disability.. So for that they get 3 stars…
This patient service line there's no ability to connect with a person and then they hang up on you. It says the hit 6.for further help... But then it gives you more of a menu with no options to talk to someone....none of the menu items address a person who just has a simple question. But you are in the menu for ten minutes trying to figure it out, and then they hang up on you.
