If you can find another location to do your labs i suggest you do just that. They are extremely slow and a simple urine sample will have you waiting 3-4 hours. Urine sampling should not be grouped in with other lab appointments. Thats a 1-2 minute process.
I went to this place with a friend who needed a blood draw, it has a place in the front where you check in by AI, there's no front desk people but it's easy to navigate through the kiosk, there was not much of a wait to be seen for my friend, the staff seemed friendly and professional, this is a good place to go if you need blood work done.
They send me every 3 months to do my blood work the lady the nurse is really nice and it didn't hurt
