I have been going to Quest Diagnostics for years and have never had an issue until this visit at the Rainbow location. Before my blood draw, the technician in stall #9 asked for my insurance and told me I might be billed around $130. This immediately concerned me because I have never been billed for lab work at Quest under my insurance. If I could give it a 10 star rating I will!! This was a great experience with Ryan S. Room 10. He was super amazing genuinely gentle on drawing tubes of blood. This guy really know what he’s doing smooth and I love that he made me laugh and lessens my fears of needles. Great JOB RYAN!!! 🤩🤩🤩
