The world is wild these days so when you have a positive interaction with a human being, especially in customer service on a Monday morning, it’s QUITE refreshing. I had the pleasure of being seen by Ms. Saquala a few days ago and it made my whole week. I’m still thinking about it! Saquala was kind and engaging, rare for people serving others these days. Quest diagnostics is so so. I’ve had an issue with some of the staff that let you get in and you wait for an hour or more and then they tell you they can’t see you. Some of the staff is actually rude. They are very busy always. LabCorp is a lot easier to deal with.
