Staff needs to speak up when calling patients. Some people are hard of hearing, but staff insists on whispering.
Do not come here without an appointment! I waited for two hours and just saw my name on a long "stand by" list. I couldn't make an appointment because my employer assigned me that location, but there were no appointments available, so I had to walk in. There are no receptionists, and its awkward how people have to wait around the locked door to ask a question and then try to sneak a question in when patients names are being called. Easy check in. Right on time. Gentle technician.
Highly recommend you book an online appointment before you arrive. Got there five minutes early, they got me in five minutes late and I was there for 15 minutes total. Not bad for a busy location and the techs are always nice.
Quest is timely and hardly no waiting. Very professional and you are basically in and out. My location is convenient since I live nearby which makes it even more convenient. My tech was perfect!
