No point to make an appointment they possibly running 25 minutes late, I suggest new management
The waiting process is horrible! I have waited over two hours for service. I hope this reaches the most important Person that has the ability also the authority to make changes to the system. The area is very small, no one has come to sanitize the two check in kiosks, the screen that has all check-ins is not accurate and I am a proven fact. I spoke with staff twice in regards to the errors and it was confirmed that I was correct on what the check-in screen shows. Everything was good. When the lady told me to sit down on the chair they used to draw blood, I noticed a screw loose on the thing that folds down where you put your arm down. So I told her "You gotta a screw loose"
