I had to go to 586 Middletown Blvd, Suite C-11, Ste c-11, Penndel, PA 19047 because the Quest at 333 N Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030-2626 was close due to some kind of emergency. I did not receive any email or message about the closing until I went there for my 7:30 AM appointment. There was a note taped at the door.
