This was a followup to an excellent visit for blood. I was asked to provide a 24 hour urine sample for the second part of the test. My husband took it and signed in but no-one would take it. They told him he had to wait and that they didn’t see his sign in but he got a number when he did it. He was there over two hours on his busy work day, even other patients, watching his attempts, were calling out about his unfair wait time just for a completion of an appointment already half done.

The staff member who drew my blood was professional, friendly, and efficient. I appreciated that I was in and out within 15 minutes for a morning appointment (8am) before work. The kiosk was easy to use for check in, but I could see how if they were not working or someone had a question, why it might be helpful to have a receptionist. At the 441 lab the staff were friendly and took time to explain the process and answer questions. Vanessa helped me and was very professional and helpful. The lab on Lake Worth Drive has rude staff who are unhelpful and non communicative with the patient. I went there first and chose a different lab (the one on 441) for the second visit due to the rudeness. Glad I did. I will never return to the Lake Worth location.
