Quest has been great for the past 10 years however this time my test results that were available and posted on my portal the morning after my appointment have disappeared. It doesn’t even show in progress. I have emailed Quest in the morning and again in the afternoon but no answer yet. There is no phone number that I can see to call in order to get answers. If it’s a temporary glitch I hope it gets resolved soon. It would be nice to know as obviously these results are important.
The nurse who toke care of me, she was extremely helpful and patient with me and she knew how to find the vane when the needle was inside my arm.

Everything was perfect to have my blood testing done. Place was very clean. People were extremely helpful and nice. Was in and out of there quite rapidly overall 10 out of 10
I scheduled my appointment for 6:20AM and was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes—such a great experience! My technician, Milo, was attentive, friendly, and very professional. I also love the new look of the office interior—it feels fresh and welcoming!
