No stars would be better. Showed up for my appt this am. Note on door…we have moved. Arrive at new location, sign in is on keypad. I have a confirmation code…not recognized. No employees to talk to. This is not the first time there have been scheduling issues with Quest. They are absolutely the worst. Never again!!!
I've been coming here for years. I drive 30 mins to use this location. It has always been clean, quick and the staff has always been friendly. It should be rated higher. I definitely recommend this location. Make an appointment ahead of time and you won't have to wait.
Great experience. The wait time was appropriate and the staff was super nice. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was extremely kind and gentle. I even asked her to count to 3 before inserting the needle and she was more than accommodating.
