Impossible to submit secondary insurance prior to visit (scheduling appointment; on check-in, had to resubmit EVERYTHING again.

I checked in on my phone in the parking lot and waited in the waiting room for < 5 minutes before being called back. The nurse was very helpful in helping my prescriber send the correct documents. She was also very patient with me when I asked to lie down for my blood draw.

It was easy to make an appointment online, and the check in kiosk is very user friendly. I checked in at about 9:50am for a 10am appointment time and was taken back just a couple minutes after 10am. The waiting area was clean and organized. Lola was my phlebotomist and she was so wonderful, you can tell she really cares about the patients. I wasn't nervous at all about my blood draw, but if I was, I knew she would of made me feel at ease.

We didn't have an appointment but the staff very efficient fitting us in. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The techs were efficient and friendly. Hats off to the staff.
